5 PM Cardio Kick n Core-fun high energy with kickboxing intervals!
6 PM 30 Min HIIT Fit- Format includes strength, cardio, core and will blast calories and tone your beautiful body.

Jessica Smith Moyer is one of the most inspirational, positive, and supportive women with whom I have had the sincere pleasure of working in my life. It is with sincere gratitude to this amazing woman that I am now living a life free of the heaviness of anxiety and worry. After a very tumultuous time in my life, including a very difficult break-up from a romantic relationship, personal as well as family illness, and professional stressors, I decided to make a total life change and move to Delaware. The thought of completely starting over after such an overwhelmingly difficult time of my life was weighing me down emotionally, and I often did not feel like my old self. After reading Jessica’s book, “Triumph through the Tears,” I felt that Jessica would be the perfect person to be my life coach to assist me in overcoming the hurdles associated with creating a completely new path for my life after my world seemed shattered. As a result, I reached out to Jessica, as I wanted to feel excited about my life again and not just merely go through the motions of daily existence. I can honestly say that the decision to work with Jessica was one of the best that I made in my life. At our very first encounter, Jessica was non-judgmental, compassionate, and empathetic. She asked me many very thought-provoking questions to help me to reflect on the life that I want to lead. Together, we came up with various action steps at each of our meetings to help me utilize my passions, strengths, and talents to contribute positively to society. After each session with Jessica and following the plans that we mapped out together, I felt my life coming together and developed the confidence in myself to overcome such a difficult time of my life. I now live each day of my life with purpose and hope for my future. I highly recommend Jessica Smith Moyer as a life coach/mentor to anyone that is struggling with grief, loss of relationships, starting over, or any other major life struggle.
