I’ve been part of the Ice House community for 9 months. I was trying to break through a plateau in my weight loss journey. I succeeded in that and so much more. Jessica & Jay deliver up beat, versatile and challenging classes with options for any skill level. Jay’s nutrition plans help you make lasting and realistic changes to your eating habits. Melissa’s meditation class is always a positive and informative experience. I look forward to trying some new classes this fall. The community of people are incredibly supportive toward each other.
